Face Yoga Lifts Those Lines
Face Yoga Lifts Those Lines A new system of face yoga based on the ancient Oriental principal of face reading looks set to revolutionise womens daily beauty routines.
It offers a natural alternative to botox and other invasive surgery techniques whilst having a positive effect on lifting lines together with other tell tale signs of skin ageing. As women reach their mid thirties, they are more concerned about facial lines and wrinkles. Surprisingly though, whilst 85% of women in the UK actively try to improve their body shape through diet and exercise, few are actively trying to combat the appearance of facial lines with just 10% using anti-wrinkle cream. Britains top face yoga expert, Jon Sandifer, has developed the system on behalf of Garnier Lift.
According to Sandifer, combining face yoga with Garnier Lift Daily Firming Concentrate can offer instant results to your skin but, if used over a period of time, can even go so far as to improve your whole well-being. Garnier Lift Daily Firming Concentrate also draws on Far Eastern beauty secrets with a blend of active natural ingredients: essence of cherry and ginger. Dermatological tests showed that 83% of women experienced firming effectiveness and 86% smoothing effectiveness after using Lift for just four weeks. Sandifer has identified five facial types primarily based on your dominant facial lines - which he views as the route map of your life.
Once youve identified your facial type, youll find theres a special yoga routine to suit you. Whats more, face reading can also help you determine other changes you can make to improve your lifestyle. Jon Sandifer has identified five facial types. Each type can be identified by lines and wrinkles in a particular area of their face.
If lines and wrinkles arent apparent, discoloration, pores and blemishes would reveal the same face type. Type 1. The Creative Lines and wrinkles centred above the nose and diagonally across the forehead reveal a creative type. Celebrity creative types include Nicole Kidman and Ricky Gervais.
Type 2. The Adventurous Adventurous types are characterised by lines and wrinkles under their eyes. Celebrity adventurous types are Madonna, Anthea Turner, and Meg Matthews. Type 3.
The Passionate Passionate types are generally characterised by lines at the corners of their eyes, more commonly known as crows feet. Celebrity passionate types include Claire Sweeney, Kate Winslet, Sam Mendes and Sophie Rhys Jones. Type 4. The Dependable Dependable types tend to have lines at the sides of their mouths.
Celebrity dependable types are George Clooney, Jennifer Anniston and Liz Hurley. Type 5. The Thinker Thinkers are characterised by lines and wrinkles across their foreheads. Celebrity Thinkers include Cate Blanchett, Antonio Banderas and Gwyneth Paltrow.
